I am a qualified, trauma-informed Embodied Breath Work practitioner and former professional athlete, specialising in nervous system regulation and performance through the breath. Drawing from both high-performance sport and science-backed breathing and nervous system practices, I work with athletes and Individuals seeking deeper clarity, resilience, and embodied leadership in their lives. My sessions are designed to provide a grounded, safe, and highly personalised experience that supports lasting regulation, recovery, and transformation.
