There comes a point where pushing harder no longer creates change. The Body holds the tension, the mind keeps looping, and despite your best efforts, something deeper remains unresolved. This 8-session embodied Breathwork journey is designed to gently guide your nervous system back into safety, coherence, and self-trust.
Rooted in trauma informed facilitation and embodying the foundational principles of conscious connected breathing taught by Leonard Orr, this container honours the breath as both a physiological regulator and a pathway to emotional integration. The breath restores the body’s natural energy flow, allowing suppressed stress patterns to release so the nervous system can return to balance.
This is not about forcing breakthroughs. It is about creating the conditions where the body can unwind naturally.
Within this carefully held space, the breath becomes a bridge between your physiology, your emotions, and your awareness.
What to expect.
Across eight sessions we work progressively with the breath and nervous system, allowing integration between each experience.
Each session includes:
Guided conscious connected Embodied Breath Work
Trauma-informed nervous system support
Somatic awareness & body integration.
Personalised pacing based on your capacity
Space for reflection & grounding after each session.
Sessions are structured to ensure the body is supported before, during and after the Embodied Breath Work. Regulation, Safety, and integration are prioritised above intensity.
This space is built on Presence, Respect, and Nervous System Safety.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, I facilitate Embodied Breath Work in a way that honours your body’s signals rather than overriding them. Breath Work can open powerful physiological and emotional processes, which is why pacing, consent, and grounded facilitation are central to my work
