Our community breath work workshops are a space to come together, breathe, and be human — side by side. These gatherings honour both the individual inner journey and the power of shared experience, creating a gentle balance between personal healing and collective connection. Through conscious connected breathing, guided presence, and moments of lightness, participants are invited to soften, explore, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, supportive, and nourishing.
These workshops are not about fixing or pushing, but about remembering — remembering how to listen inwardly, how to regulate and care for our nervous systems, and how to be in authentic connection with others. Playful elements are woven throughout to encourage curiosity, ease, and joy, reminding us that healing can be light. Together, we create a grounded, heart-led space where people can arrive as they are, feel held by community, and leave feeling more connected, resourced, and alive.

This is your calling to unwind, breathe, and remember your wholeness.
This 6 week Breath work journey is a gentle invitation to slow down and come home to yourself, held within the warmth of the Sol Samadhi Yoga Studio.
Here in Lismore and the Northern Rivers, many of us carry layers of lived experience — change, challenge, resilience, and quiet strength. This journey offers a steady, compassionate space to breathe, soften, and listen inwardly, allowing the nervous system to gradually settle and restore its natural rhythm. Through conscious connected breathing, shared presence, and time together, we create space for what’s been held to gently move, unwind, and integrate.
Across six weeks, the focus is not on fixing or pushing, but on remembering — remembering the intelligence of the breath, the wisdom of the body, and the healing power of being witnessed and supported. Step by step, breath by breath, this journey supports a deepening sense of trust, grounding, and connection, both within yourself and within the wider community, reminding us that healing can be slow, relational, and quietly transformative.
